My housemate's on the wrong side of fat, he's been given some rasberry ketones which he vehemently defends as a "miracle cure". He reckons it makes him sweat loads.
Anyone taken these before? If so, what (if anything) did you notice?

They offer a small increase in fat burning, but nothing that is going to be noticeable on a fat guy.
It was made out to be a huge deal this year bpi's nite burn n pharamfreak ripped freak both were big losers in my book
There was a recent article in MH mag or muscle and fitness . Apparently there good for a week or so with minimal effects , then your body gets used to them and there useless . But the theory isnt backed up it was just study / test results :)
