    Anyone tried this creatine

    I have been reading about Decacore creatine was wondering if anyone has used it and did they like it.

    I went back to CREATINE MONO mixed in some hot tea.

    Pure creatine monohydrate is as effective as creatine gets.

    Just google for pure creatine, you can buy it in bulk and it is dirt cheap. Add it to whatever you want to drink. It can taste very bitter on its own, but mixes well into a protein shake or a glass of OJ
