    How much fish oil do you take? on cycle and off cycle? ...

    Just like the title says.

    dosage on cycle?

    dosage off cycle?

    dosage on TRT?

    i little while ago i stopped taking fish oil and now i'm getting back into it for health reasons.

    yea, but i really hate salmon. like really hate it. like can't even consume it for the nutrients.

    kel kel, i pop a few every 2 hrs or so during the day.

    Your liver and kidneys handle that just fine. If you need a “cleanse” of “toxins”, you probably need to move away from Chernobyl, or quit buying gear made with 10W-30.

    As for the anti-oxidants, Vitamins C and E will have you covered on essentials, and even those are rarely needed in supplemental form, unless one is eating a trash diet (really common in most of the population, not as common here).

    The one obvious and proven exception that I can think of is Curcumin from Turmeric. The only issue with it is that it’s bioavailability sucks, unless ingested with piperine (black pepper). Decent curcumin supps already come with a patented extract called BioPerine in it, but check labels to be sure.

    what's 10W - 30 lol. that motor oil! lol. srsly? lol. i stick with Chinese manufactures though. still. i'm suspicious. i'd love to have a legit assay done on my stuff, but that's probably never going to happen. i just want to be sure it's clean ya know. i've been putting it into my body for awhile now. like a year. i need it now.

    speaking of which, how to heck do i get a doc to prescribe me some now? i've heard just going cold turkey is a really bad way to go about it and i don't wish that evil on anyone.

    Curcumin from Turmeric sounds interesting. i probably need to pick up some vitamin E.

    Too much fish oil can make your gut sick..if it’s the omega 3’s your after walnuts are a good source and digest well..I throw them in my oats and have them with my shakes ..

    I like steel cut but right now Iam just using regular instant oats..with the added fat the gylcemic index goes out the window anyways..you gotta drink it the sec it comes off the blender or magic bullet(like I use) because otherwise they will settle..

    sick feel like I gotta shit feeling and makes me feel like Iam gonna throw up..that’s if I push the 3 grams plus limit..I’ve dosed 2x 2 grams a day and been fine.
