    I feel like crap

Friday I had a testosterone shot 250 mg and everything was OK. Had a great workout on Saturday. Because it was my first, I took it slow on Sunday. But the whole weekend i had high energy levels. Monday I got the Myer IV Drip. Again, lots of energy. I went to the gym and did some awesome cardio and after that some light weights.

The rest of the day was fine, yet at night-time the trouble started. I was feeling tired, anxious and that hasn't changed till now. After 4 days of feeling really great with high energy, i'm feeling depleted now.

Obviously i'm looking to find the reason. maybe I pushed to hard on Monday? Could the IV drip have made me overconfident and overdo my workout.

I know there is not much information to go with but some of you might have a theory. I would highly appreciate it.

I'm male 47, 187, 130 kilo, no muscle mass to speak of and out of shape...meaning, no conditioning at all.

    tnx

If that was your first and only dose of test? If so then the high energy was a placebo effect nothing more so you just ran yourself down from all the exercise that I take it you don't normally do...was the shot for trt?...your post is confusing give us more info...

It was indeed my first shot. My blood work showed that my hormone levels were in the 300. Low within the norm. But because of problems with my libido, i decided to Testoviron for a while. I think i can also benefit from it in the gym. 250 mg a week administered by an MD. I don't know if it was placebo or not. I felt great after the first work out.

The problem started Monday. Are you familiar with the Myer cocktail? My feeling says that it went wrong there. Could it be that this cocktail really gives you a instant boost? If so, I went to the gym straight after and I might have overdone it.

I'm really new to all of this and am trying to learn. A short introduction here: https://forums.steroid.com/new-male-...rone-shot.html

It’s a very expensive vitamin shot. Just eat a healthy diet and save a fortune.

Don’t self medicate TRT or run a cycle in your current condition

6’2 and 285lbs with no muscle to speak of.

If you truly need TRT seek a specialist. Can you post your full bloodwork?

I bet if you drop a bunch of weight your natural test levels will increase naturally.

yeah I agree, a bit of fat is ok to cycle in my opinion, but to be significantly over weight with a BMI of over 36 is dangerous

I actually threw away the papers regarding bloodwork. Don't ask me why. I guess it's because there were only 4 numbers on it and I was within range.

There seems to be a lot of merit to your advice. A clean (er) diet and a couple of months regular exercise should help me see some major changes. It could be a long time before I hit any kind of platue. At least, that is what I have been reading. Let me report back in a month with result.

Leaves me with a reduced libido. Something that needs fixing. I have an appointment with a psychiatrist this week to see what is going on there. I'm in THAILAND guys...I might as well enjoy some of the darkside.

Vitamins and nutrients are not able to be ‘felt’

You would only notice a difference if you were very deficient in them. Think like scurvy or something....

Without knowing you personally I think you may be expecting a needle to make magic happen immediately. That’s not really how the human body works.

Seriously just buy a juicer and start making your own smoothies. You will get the same benefits doing that for a fraction of the cost. Get a good one that removes all of the pulp and fiber and when you’re at the market buy all of the really green leafy dark veggies. The key is an apple / cucumber every time as a staple and it will make it taste amazing.

You can get all of the vitamins / nutrients from real food that are in your shot everyday and you will notice benefits within a week to 2 weeks.

Honestly though the only thing you’ll notice from these are a cleaner focus and slight delay uptick in your energy levels for a few hours. Similar to a green tea or caffeine feel.
