M1T results after first two weeks
-In two weeks I gained 10 lbs BW, lost 1% BF, strenghth gains increased, and lost 1.5 lbs of hair (i got it cut today). Ok - my first 3 days I took 10mg, and by the end of day three my lat pulldown and incline bench had already increaed in weight. Then did 15mg for 3 days and the final 8 days 20mg M1T. Showed major strength and size gains during the final stretch.
-I was dosing 4-AD through the cycle as well and ECA on lifting days
-My diet was fairly strict, kept to 6 meals a day consisting of a serving of protein and Carbs. 1.5 gallons of water per day as well.
-The only side(s) were I was abnormally thirsty and pretty **** tired on days 2-4. I took two 15 min naps in under one hour the second day!
-The pumps were intense especially in my biceps, hard as hell even on my leg days and while I was hanging out in class.
-Overall a great legal cycle, the gains were outstanding, primarily in my back and chest. 30 lbs increase in chest exercise and 40lbs increase in back exercise.
-I am starting my nolva 40mg days 1-7 and 20 mg 8-14
tomorrow along with milk thistle.
Hope this helps add to anyone seeking info on M1T, just be careful before leaping into M1T. I will post by the end of the week about maintaining my size and strength through the nolva.
