Hey guys... Been doing deadlifts for awhile now.. But I only see to feel it right in my lower back... so Im not sure if I am executing it right..
Feet shoulder width apart.. thighs parallel to the floor... exploding upward without bending my back and then back down again?
Let me know if that isnt clear enough. I just hear people talk about it working the lats and whatnot.. Im just not feeling it ?:-/
