wow! crazy joint pain all of a sudden. help please!

hey bro's
yesterday i went to do my chest at the gym.
i did 3 sets and my wrists and elbows just wouldnt
let me go on. the aching in my joints was
incredible. its only this past week
i have stopped taking glucosamine sulphate but
after that session i went out straight
away and got some more. do you think stopping glucosamine
was the problem and i should just crack back into it?
i always do warm up sets but have never had joint pain before when on

glucosamine. do you think i should trian light for a week until the

**** is back in my system then start heavy again?
im in week 9 of sust 250 aswel.(25 lbs gained so far!)

hey bro getting back on the glucosamine will help but the wrist is a little strange stay light and use wraps ice and be careful good luck

First thing is get rid of Hasselhof, second try some Move Free, or Flexible. Those work well for me.

hahaha :lol: :lol: lmfao...try the glucosomine definately...and make sure you're warming up thoroughly

None of that stuff worked for me until I started using deca.
