Cardio The right way
I no 65-70% max target heart morning on a early tank.....but my ques is while cutting and bulking how many times a week and 4 how long threw the whole diet in segements
is 5 days a week on a 12-16 week cutter too much
whats ideal on a cutter and a bulk

i can't tell you what the pro's would say is ideal, but i do cardio five days a week. it all depends on what you are doing. if you run for cardio and jump up mileage too fast, you could get shin splints or have joint problems. i basically just listen to what my body is telling me. of course, you might not want my advice, i just sprained a muscle in my back because i was overtraining

well i do hit training so it is like a cardio work out in itself i am just afraid if i do too much cardio i might be tearin muscle up to and yes i have had shin splints while doin cardio and they suck

Whatever is suiting to your specific goals are what is ideal. There are many people who choose to do cardio 7days a week.... and some that can attain their goals by doing cardio 3days a week... IMO it's nearly impossible to answer your question bro...

i do cardio 6x a week.. which is perfect you need that 1 day off to really pound your legs in resistance training department
w/ a HR of 55-65% you will burn practically 0 muscle for fuel
