I do now and again.
I do them here and there as well. I can really tell in my hammy's when I do them regularly.....

Yeah. I did them assuming they would torch my lower back and my hammies were cryin' when I was done. Anyone? For a back excercise?
I do not like them because risk of injury escpecially if too heavy. Hyperextentions are the way to go with much less worry.
I would to hypers but I have a home gym and I am lacking that piece of equipment. :(
