IS this weird?
I can do bench press of 170lbs 5x5's but I can't push up 195 ONE TIME. I was reading a sheet on the wall in my gym telling me various reps and what the projected max for each weight was so I tried my projected max which was 205 couldnt do it, tried 195 still couldnt do it. I dont see how 25 pounds one time would be harder than -25 pounds 5 times with 5 sets?

You can't pay those charts any attention bro. Years ago I was doing 275 for 8 reps, and couldn't do 315. It will come eventually. Keep hitting it hard, and don't max out everytime you do chest.

no I tried it on leg day for ha ha's and I wasnt laughing. Plus after I tried I felt like my nose was bleeding on the inside, it kinda smelled like blood but nothing came of it, haha
