Ok when I bench, I keep my thumbs and fingers on the same side of the bar...Basically I don't wrap the whole bar...Anyways, after benching my forearms kill me for days...any ideas?

try wraping your thumbs around the bar that happens to me if my wrists
bend back towards my head, if i keep them straight up and down i dont get that forearm pain
I'll give that a try I think they do bend back a bit. THanks
