Yes, mainly due to a number of years of gymnastics. The Olympic rings can do wonders and I still do them to this very day.
Hah... me ? forget it... I'm 210 Lbs, not strong enought to pull my weight with one arm, not yet! Maybe some day.
I think you gotta be on the small side to do this personally, though no doubt some 250 pound freak on here will chime in to prove me wrong
well dont think we have rings in my gym lol besides you cant just get on rings straight away I would imagine you have to train up to that too somehow, I only want to train up to do one just for fun and I dont quite have the gymast body type ietherQuote:
