Pump Anomaly
My buddy thinks i'm some kind of genetic freak. No matter how much I workout I dont get hard pumps. My Bi's and Pecks, at the end of a workout are like jelly. His are like rocks at the end of a Bi workout. I get pumps in that I get a more full looking Bi. They just do not get tight or hard. Anyone know what might cause this.

Yeah man, thats not a good thing. Like the others said, what are your stats?

do you do any cardio?
Muscle pump is primarly caused by a process called blood shunting. This means that blood is reduced in none essencial areas such as the intestines. This blood is then "shunted" to the working muscles to help bring more O2 and nutrients along with moving away metabolic waste. People that are aerobically trained tend to have more blood than the normal person. This can increase the muscle pump that some people experiance.

My stats are posted at the following thread :
2nd Cycle-Looking for critiques
Just to make it known, this has been going on since I started lifting back in '96. Even through my first cycle in '04. I thought the Dbol would help, but nothing changed.
Yeah, I dont get it either.
