Hello all
I'll start w/ the basics :
Height - 5-10
weight - 175
BF% - 12
Routine :
Monday/Thursday - Back/Bi's
Tuesday/Friday - Chest/Tri's
Wednesday/Saturday - Legs
***I also do abs,forearms,cardio daily(about 20 mins each)
Diet - No strict diet, but I eat pretty healthy
Supplements - Multi-Vitamin,Fish oil, Protein,Apple cider vinegar,Oregano oil
I did an 8 week cycle back in '04 consisting of 375mg Sust/wk, 200mg Test E/wk and 2 weeks of 25mg/day Dbol at the beginning. I PCT'd for 10 days at the end w/ 100mg clomid/day.
When I started that cycle I weighed 151 W/ a BF% of 5. I ended at 188 w/ the same BF%. But I will note that 2 months prior to the start of that cycle I had started losing weight at about a pound a day. I went from 180 to 150 in a month, and it stopped after that. My doctor said I had anxiety issues. So I never felt hungry and therefore ate about 500 cals/day.
So anyway that is why I got onto doing my first cycle. And i was very pleased w/ the results. Great weight gains and awsome strength gains.
Of course I do not expect this next one to yield those results.
Onto my goals. I am trying to get my weight up to around 200. I'm not looking to get into any competitions or anything. But I wouldnt mind some decent strength gaing either. I also want to cut up a little more.
In going into this next cycle I will, of course, start keeping tabs on my diet and eating more clean. I am also looking into some different supplements. I want to get an NO product incorporated, and(at the constant nagging of my buddy-i mean daily) maybe a creatine product.
As you can tell from the first cycle, I didnt do a few things right. Mainly I didnt do much research, I mostly let my buddy handle that. But I'm still here so it didnt go bad. This time however I wanted to do a little better than "I'm still here so it didnt go bad."
On to the 2nd cycle.
I read quite a bit this time and got a lot of great tips and ideas. I want to thank TheMudMan for his great article -"Cycles for the Newbie". Anyone thinking about doing this for the first time should definately give it a read.
I heeded much advice found in the articles I read in deciding on this cycle and came up with a 12 week one. I deciced to go with TheMudMans' PCT for this one(which will be listed below).
2 week Precycle(all pills) :
Nolva 10mg/day - Adex .25mg/day
Cycle :
Week 1-4 Dbol(pill) 50mg/day I would back that down some 2nd run doest need to be that high in my opinion, 30-40 mg would be better.
Week 1-9 Test E(liquid) 400mg/week
Week 1-9 EQ(liquid) 400mg/week I would bump this up to 600 mg
Week 7-11 Winny(pill) 50mg/day
Week 1-12Nolva(pill) 10 mg/day With armidex no need to run this to.
Week 1-12 Adex(pill) .25mg/day
PCT : Starting day after week 12(all pills)
Day 1 Clomid 300mg / Nolva 20mg / Adex .25 mg
Day 2-30 Clomid 100mg / Nolva 20mg / Adex .25 mg
Day 31-37 Nolva 20mg / Adex .25mg
So thats what i got. I will be starting my cycle in the beginning of March. So
I need to order by February. All suggestions/critiques are greatly appreciated.
