has always been a productive routine.
but this is just a routine, make sure your progressing each week,
the intensity is there in your workouts,
and your not overtraining, also make sure the exercise selection is to suite you.
You shouldnt be doing Chest and then Shoulders the following day. I assume you are young, so you dont feel the effects of it yet; but keep that up, and you are BEGGING for shoulder problems a little down the road. Split Shoulder and Chest workouts at least a day apart.Quote:

Also... try to avoid doing Back/Bi's on the same day; same for Chest/Tri's. The second muscle group that you work will usually suffer. Not to mention you run a MUCH higher risk of overtraining your arms.
Try this one out:
Monday: Back/Abs
Tuesday: Chest
Weds: Legs/Abs
Thursday: Shoulders/Shrugs
Friday: Arms/abs
