Hello! I have some question I would like to ask
I would like to know what a good workout is
When I say that I am talking about, good day plans. When I am in the gym I think I am doing OK. But when I look at my self I see not much improvement. My measurements have changed that is for sure but I am getting older and growing wider. I do have some bad Cardio, I just can't sit there for 20min and run, so I just wear a sweater and pump hard and heavy, I only do 3 sets all the time with a rep that looks like this 10-12/ 8-10/ 4-8.
With pretty much all my workouts.
So I am trying to ask, what do you do to get a Lean Mass Look?
(Workouts, and with the diet for a guy that is around 175-180LB At 5'9 age 23)
Any help would be nice, or any question you need to ask let me know.
I have went to the diet part on this forum and ask if anyone knew where I could get info about my Diet, like a planner or if there was anyone one here that could help.. But still no post so, if you know let me know Thanks
