I would like to hear from all of you what you think about this day 1 plan.
Frist, My plan over all is to gain lean mass, My diet is going good for now, and I plan on getting it abit better but as time go's on...
Anyways, Tomorrow I will post my Day # 2 and all the way to day 5. Everyday I am building myself a plan and trying it out and would like to hear from you's what you think..?
BB Preacher - 4x6
stand DB Curls- 4x8each hand
Rev BB Forearm- 4x8
Lying Bench DB CURL- 4X8
Cable Curl - 10/8/6/5/3 5-10sec rest between
DB Forarm Curl - 4x8
Rev DB Forearm Curl- 4x8
Ski machine thing for 10-15min AT a low heart rate 105-120
Then a Deadful ending with Stand BB curl - Max out 3x8
