No steroid will give you the full-time 6-pack. Diet and cardio will do.

Try eating something and not doing so much cardio lol... most likely your body has down regulated your thyroid hormone due to a lack of insulin secretion and or lipid production.... try backing off the cardio a bit to an hour-1.5 hours a day also whats your weight training look like? and have a cheat day or high carb day where you actually eat to create an insulin response strong enough to store fat... this will cause your body to secrete your thyroid hormones and if your cardio is SS try changing it up 1 day a week to a 20 minute HIIT routine...

agreed, don't stick to the same routine always make changes to shock your body, your body gets used to one schedule and stop responding. Also change your calorie intake every 2 weeks. for more check out perfectbeasts diet thread very informative..

I think you might be doing too much Cardio, Have you look into T4 instead of T3?

Lol if you stacked it end to end very true.

Unless you have a dysfunctional thyroid or some other medical condition that causes you to gain fat I think that you are doing way to much cardio.

what does your ab training look like? yes you can do too much cardio too and I think you are too..you may need to adjust your diet to compensate for that much cardio..also what type of cardio are you doing? ever notice that sprinters are usually very shredded and lean, whereas long distance runners are just skinny??

I think if I did that much cardio my coaches would kick my ass not to mention losing speed by running on a treadmill

The only way not to burn muscle instead of fat with as much cardio as your doing is to go with low intensity cardio-keep your heart rate under 130 bpm. Unless your really upping your food intake with clean food, your body is probably in survival mode and holding onto the BF% for dear life. Either break it up over the day-eat more food-or go low intensity.

genetics brother, some people are just born with low BF% If you dont have the genetics its always a up-hill struggle with cardio and diet. Im in your same boat but with cardio more is not always better at losing fat.

I think a few of you guys may have missed the post which I've quoted above where RoidBoid said that he is a professional football player. I doubt that he can choose to do less cardio or keep his heart rate low.

A lot of starving people have 6 packs too. Just keep eating less and less and keep up the same work outs. You will see them in time.
