Need tips/advice with my workout plan!
Hey guys!
Ok so here is the thing. I have been doing gym at home. I have been circut training with the weights. Just recently i have joined a gym and thought it would be a good idea to change up my work outs by working different muscles on different days for better results. Heres the thing i am lost on how to start it or what do to.
At the moment im still bulking
I work out mon/ wed/fri
Any advice on what to work out each time i hit the gym, and what equipment to use?
Any help would be great!
