Is muscle cramping after workout bad/overtraining or normal?

I usually have muscle cramps PWO. For instance, on days I hit tri's I can forget about having sex in the missionary supporting my body weight with my arms. They cramp up like no tomorrow, sometimes painfully. Same goes for chest, hams, bi's, forearms, etc. The cramping goes away within 12 hours or less. I drink a gallon of water a day, plenty of potassium, low sodium, etc. Is this normal behavior in a muscle that was worked hard or is this a sure fire sign of over training the muscle?

    I agree. Take a multi-vitamin/mineral supplement.

Its normal, just make sure to drink tap water once and awhile if you drink lots of bottled water.

Bottled water is usually devoid of salts and minerals. If you drink lots and lots of bottled water it can cause the body to lose salts through the urine. Thus potentially causing increase in muscle cramping.

My biceps cramp to some degree just about everytime I train them and it worsens when on creatine (maybe from some dehydration/lack of salt like musclescience said). Not a problem!
