    size difference in biceps, what is normal?

    ok so i know this isnt an anobolic question, however i just wanted to know what is average for difference in biceps, what is acceptable? i am right handed thus giving me more mass in my right bicep, i curl almost everyday, my right bicep is about 14 inches, and my left is 13 inches, thats a difference of an inch, and you can really notice it, atleast i do and am subconcience about it, i just was woundering what other peoples difference between biceps were, and what is a good way to get them even?

    I've seen some people do lighter weight on the bigger arm.. But personally that will only screw you up down the road when you go for strength your other arm will become stronger.... just stick it out.... Try to do isolated curls rather than bar or anything that your using both arms... your strong arm may be working more.

    yeah i posted it in the WO, ill wait for some veiws there but thank you, my right is definetly doing the mor elifting, i have an ez curl bar and thats pretty much all i have access to at the time, so i know i need more resources such as a gym, but hopefully the left will start catching up

    Start using db's. best way to make sure they are both working the same is to use db's and isolate them.

    With using a preacher your right arm is probably pulling more then you left.. isolating them you can not cheat. start with your left arm and do just as much on the left with dbs as you do on the right.

    all you have access to is an ez curl bar? didnt you post in another thread that you just started a deca only cycle?

    start doing your arm routines using dumbbells..it will help give you some balance. The size difference is perfectly normal but I think you can even it up better than 1"

    What is your Age Height/Weight ?? That will tell how up to par your are.

    no offence but you look like an average guy. It fine you want to start to get bigger. you dont need steroids. You need to work out and eat.

    steroids aren't magic your aren't going to grow by doing push up and curls.

    I promise you you are going to screw yourself up. End up skinnier then you are now and regret it big time. Especially if you meet some girl and cant get it up.

    i understand all of your concerns, and i appriciate them, but i know deca only is a bad way to go, but it is more a educational thing for me, i know it is not the answer this first cycle, however i got over them hump of learning how to inject and some of my own worries, its my gateway in. i know its wrong. i am not saying im huge, i am average, i agree, but i am putting in the knowledge to start devolding in the anobolic world which is limitless

    your not going to learn anything because you are doing it all wrong. What is that going to teach you? Also you can learn how to inject and your other worries on a correct cycle.

    You could be doing a little better in my books. What are you looking for a bulk? You should most definitively get your diet in check you could be an easy 190-200 and looking good.

    But remember all your gains are revolved around your diet, not just simply injecting a hormone in your body and hoping it will put muscle on you. Water weight is NOT the same as lean body mass.

    So if you are able to understand this why not also head down to the diet section, post up what you eat for a day or you can do it here and will work on what you got...
