    Is 3 times a week workout ok??

    Monday
    Chest 3 exercises 3 sets-triceps 3 exercises3sets

    Wednasday
    Legs 3exercises-3 sets
    shoulders 3 exercises esets

    Friday or saturday
    Back 3 exercises 3 sets
    Biceps 3 exercises 3 sets

    Is just i dont have time to do 4 days a week or more.

    the reps on every exercies is 1 set is 10, second set i try to keep it 8-10 reguen 3 set 7-8 regeon. im trying to get mass(growth).

    well my upper body is ok but just my legs dont feel to be the same way should i up the sets on the legs or reps??

    You may need more volume for your legs to grow, I dont know how you respond. That is my initial thought.

    I would do so:

    chest bi tri

    quad hams calves

    back shoulder abs

    For the reps try 6-8-10 after a decent warm up.

    imo that's good.

    i suggest doing it as you have planned, and then taking on board the suggestions here -- up the leg volume, mix in or change up movements, etc.

    if you like the layout the good thing about 3 days a week is you have a lot of room to fiddle with it and customize.

    how can i apply volume training on the legs can someone please write and example??
