Which is better, cardio before a workout or cardio post workout?

I like to do my cardio after my workouts. A light warm up would be ok before but nothing too much or it will hurt your workout.

I like to do about 30 mins after my workouts most days. Depends on your goals too though.

Ideally I would do light kardio on a bike 10 min before weight training and 20-30 kardio after my workout. Lately I have been doing intervals/hiit kardio and its great. Since I dont have a car I use my bicycle a lot too so hoping that will do for kardio.

I depends on what your goals are, shed fat and keep the most amount of muscle, definitely Post workout. BUT from a fitness stand point and what i have most of my female clients do is cardio first when they are fresh so they can really push themselves then abs, then weights.

Is it better to do your abs before your weights

Not if your doing compound movements such as squats or deadlift. The abdominals form a belt of muscles that help assist the other postural muscles of the back. You do not want them to fatigue prematurely while doing an intense exercise as described.
