Anyone ever read Scott Abel's "The Abel Approach" book?? It's awesome, MET training is absolutely ridiculous I was wondering if anyone else researched his programs

could you give us some more details?? basic rules....workouts etc...thanks
I am a fan of scott abel, but the MET take a lot out of me. They are quite intense
yeah its certainly an intense program, bunny it's an HIT tri-circuit program for the most part, many different versions
Basically, every day has a primary focus and a secondary focus, and a core component (for the most part). The workouts are mostly tri-set, where the first lift is your primary focus, seconds is secondary (usually bodyweight or bands), and third is core. If you look up any recent articles by Scott Abel (Like his arm workout on ********) you can see this trend. He puts lot of emphasis on explosive lifting and neural adaptation.
also low rest periods, and relatively high volume. He says as soon as you catch you breathe you should move on to the next round.
Got any links for it SVT???
