Cardio ?
should i do cardio everyday for 30 minutes or 45 minutes
3 x week to burn fat?

If you can bump it up to an hour and do it first thing in the morning before eating anything.

How is it working for you now?
That should be a good indicator in itself.

But to answer your question we need more info.
Stats, cycle experience, are you on a cycle now? What are your goals?

well ideally you'd wanna ramp up the cardio to 30 mins plus a day for 5-6 days a week. in the morning before meal 1 is ideal as stated above
