    before my cardio

    before i do my cardio in the morning is there anything i take to help burn the fat?

    I think that some people would take caffeine/asprin something?? Not too sure, I never did. As long as you do am cardio first thing in the am on an empty stomach and wait @ an hour after to eat anything you should be ok; hungry as hell, but ok.

    Why would you recommend he wait for an hour to eat after AM cardio?

    sorry bout that, when I was doing HIIT i was told to wait @ an hour to eat anything because your body is still burning fat.

    And eating will stop the fat burning process? This is new to me. Not trying to be a smart a$$ just never heard that one before.

    The cardio will help burn the fat there's nothing else to take and you can eat right after you're done.

    Yeah, the not eating for an hour afterwards seems counterproductive but I am always willing to listen to someone elses logic behind their statements.
