What makes some of you guys decide its time to switch from bulking to cutting? Do you go strictly by bf% or is there other factors that you look at? Im trying to decide if I should continue bulking or begin cutting.
Stats- 5'11", 185lbs, training pretty consistantly fo about 2 years
Have only done bf% on the hand held meter at the gym that uses electric impulses or whatever. Not sure how accurate it is but measured me at 14%.
