220-ageX60-65%=target heart rate. keep heart rate in the 60-65%.

What is your goal with the running? Are you trying to build endurance/stamina, burn fat??

I jog at 6mph for 30-40 after a workout, 5 times a week. Sometimes I do sprints if I am in a rush.
