Cardio Help
Hey everybody, Im going to embark on a high-protein (Atkin diet),
and at the same time Im going to be running Clen/ECA/T3 stack!
Therefore, I was wondering what kinda cardio programme should i have in place?
I was thinking cardio 3 times a week at least?
Or maybe more?
What should the duration of my cardio be?
Will running on treadmill, rowing, stepping suffice?

you could also calculate your target heart rate and get on your favorite whatever and keep your heart in that range for 30 mins to an hour.
I do 30 mins after i lift 5 days a week

Up the cardio to 5 days a week and watch the fat disappear.
