    Cardio

    Is it better to do cardio on an empty stomach or after your protein drink or first meal?

    I agree, but if you have to be at work at 5am do you really think Im going to get up at 3am todo cardio then goto work for 10+ hours????

    I didnt think so, lol. Really, if you cannot to am cardio then I would suggest pwo cardio...
