Hey quick question.
I have a very effective 3 day per week mass gain routine in the gym which is loosely based on
1. Chest Triceps Shoulders Abs
2. Back Biceps Abs
3. Legs
I won't elaborate however its very well formulated however is intended for a natural gainer. Since I'm going anabolic should I seek a 5 day per week workout routine instead? Since I'll be recovering faster, presumably.
