Should I gym 3 or 5 days per week?
Hey quick question.
I have a very effective 3 day per week mass gain routine in the gym which is loosely based on
1. Chest Triceps Shoulders Abs
2. Back Biceps Abs
3. Legs
I won't elaborate however its very well formulated however is intended for a natural gainer. Since I'm going anabolic should I seek a 5 day per week workout routine instead? Since I'll be recovering faster, presumably.

Depends on your goals, are you happy with your body thickness and size? If you are training for thick bodybuilding size, training heavy seems to be best for creating the size of the bodybuilder. If your more interested in a athletes body, then training more days per week may be a good choice. The beginner training routine seems to be train heavy for a few years to get the size, then train with more reps and days once you get the muscle mass you are happy with..

5 days if your diet is up to par

Yeah if your a beginner mate i would really just stick to your 3 days.
But if you are going to cycle, and lets hope your up to scratch of what's expected before your cycle i would do the 5days.
Thats of course what physic your after as guiness said.
