Run Before or After?
Ive always heard mixed opinions on the subject or running before or after lifting weights.
Some say run before to get a warm-up for your lift to prevent injury
Some say run after because running puts your body in a catabolic state and decreases lifting performance
Which do you do and why?

Define "run". How long and at what intensity are we talking about?

lets just say a 2 mile run in less than 20 minutes for cardiovascular training... not to lose weight.

That I would do after lifting, two miles is a bit more than a warm up.
