    Lifting with a concussion

Two weeks ago I was hit it the face with a metal pipe while trying to save my budd from being stomped...

I suffered alot of head injuries, but most are healed up now. I havent lifted in over two weeks and i really want to get back in the gym. Thing is I still have a concussion from the incident. Its not that bad, it only affects me when i lay down and lay on the right side of my head.

    Should I workout?

I second that, you need to rest and heal first. You should ask your neurologist when you can resume physical activity safely.

ask the doctor , he may let you do a stationary bike , the problem is the blood pressure and any jarring to the brain
