heloo everyone...ive been training for 4 years now and want to start my second cycle :
test enanthate:9 weeks /500mg a week
deca:8weeks 400mg a week
dianabol:6 weeks/50mg a day
tamoxifen(nolvadex):10mg a day
plus the apropriate pct
my question to you is about training
i normally train 5 times a week foing the following routine
1.chest+arms
2.back+shoulders+traps
3.legs
4.chest+arms
5.back+shoulders+traps
i work abs almost every day
going on a cycle i want to increase the number of sets
i ussually do for the big muscle groups 4 exercises te first one 4 sets and the next three 3 sets
and for small muscle groups i do 3 exercises the first 4 sets ad the other 3 sets
on my cycle i want to do for big muscle groups 4exX4 sets
and for small m groups 3 exercisexX 4 sets
is this ok?to increase the number of sets?
