Thoughts on HST training? (routine inside)

They make some good points about progressive overload, and actually creating an "environment" where the muscle receives more constant stimulus to grow, rather than each part getting a "spike" of stimulus, recovering for 2 days, and then doing nothing until the next week.
The only thing I DON'T like is that I don't know if it would be enough volume to result in a good level of protein depletion and therefore supercompensation (like what Warrior talks about often).
Any thoughts? I do find I've been making better gains on a split where I train 3 days on, 1 off, than 2 on, one off, 2 on, 2 off.
I just feel more agressive and energetic and pumped all of the time. Maybe just psychological but I certainly do not feel tired or overtrained.
Anyways I was thinknig this might be food for thought anyways... I know we are all different, some things work better for others, but I'm mostly wondering about the protein depletion thing.
