for pull ups, i do 100 reps at end of back workout days.. break them down into sets or just do sets of failure
wide grip- many as possible- rest 10-20 sec.. repeat this until you cant go anymore
close grip- one palm facing away and one facing you- do as many as possible- or 3x10
close grip- both palms facing you and rotate both facing away- do as many as possible- or do sets 3x10
push up- i do 100 at end of chest days- 4x25
diamonds--4x25
wide-- 4x25
close-shoulder lenght apart-4x25
claps-4x25
