Monday - Bi's and Tri's
Tuesday - Shoulders
Wed - Cheat and Abs
Thursday Bi's and Tri's
Friday - Legs
Sat - Shoulders and Chest

And also chest is slacking on size.. I do bench press, dumbbell press and cable cross.. Ideas ?!?

Personally I think you're doing to much. I've learned that unless you are 6-8%bf and in the final stages of ur transformation(sculpting) then you don't need to do all the isolation of muscle groups. I hit my arms maybe once a month, they get so much work from all the other exercises. Bench, deads, squats, and full in gaps with things like rows, overhead presses, etc. this is just my opinion tho. A lot of people like the isolation of muscle groups, I use to do it religiously. But for me at least, it quickly turns into over training.
Yes I like to isolate one area a night. Makes it easier on me
I agree, i see too much bi's and tri's. At most i do arms once a week or once every two weeks.
Yes, it looks like to much to me also. But everybody's body responds different. I know people that work all muscle groups 2x per week.
