I wanted to ask the pros I'm lacking on my chest n I need a new good routine to get some mass there any help.
I train chest twice a week, it probably isn't the routine that you are lacking it more than likely has more to do with muscle contraction and your ability to recruit your chest into performing the exercise. I believe Kai greens youtube videos are great at getting this point across.
Yea I usually hit my chest hard twice a week also. Ill check out the Kai vids
I have to up my game on my chest.thnx
