I'm on my 1st cycle of test c 500 mg a week. 9th week. Strength has went up pretty good yesterday I benched 315- 6 times then did 225 - 38 times in a row. My goal is to be able to do it 50 times in a row. My question is how to improve my deadlift. It sucks. I can get like 365 2 maybe 3 times.
