ABS Vacuum exercises, anyone dun dis?

So, I got these great ABS in perfect light, perfect angle, perfect day and most often from a perfect distance from a perfect mirror.
    All great....

I did a question tag here on crazy ab exercises. Tried em and still going strong.
Also done "so you want ABS" here.
And the diet is in the good graces.

When I lower my bf%, the Abs I want DO pop out. But I hate diets. I look so damn skinny around my waist like that, even with a good core.
I tested my bf% with some high-tech machine and it gave me 9.6. I'd say I'm more close to 12-13 now.
I'd still love to see if I can get atleast SOME more visibility without cutting so much (genetics genetics...).

So have anyone tried these vacuum ab-exercises? I see different responses all over. But has anyone here realy tried it out whole-heartedly?

Hell yes! Vacuums are awesome to do dearing work, we'll driving, watching tv, and any other time your just hanging out!

Ps vacuums are talking about in the thread u said u follow. That thread (so u want abs) is amazing and if done right WILL build u solid abs. Of course diet as well Witch u NO already.

Time is a bi***. Over time u will see them more and more.
Also get a tan. It helps

Ive done it for a couple years, I think it makes my abs flatter but it might just be cause I do it so much
When you do it,it for sure feels like a solid ab workout though, especially if you do it while youre doing normal workouts

If anything vacuums will pull your waist line in more. That's what started happening to me at least.

Stomach vacuums will not show visually because they strengthen and target the inner abdominal muscles. If done consistently they will however help to tighten your mid section and give you a smaller waist which will provide you a better V-taper look. I incorporate them into my ab routine. If your goal is visibility bf% is unfortunately the key component, which sucks because normally belly fat is the last to go.

Cheers guys! Will give them a try. I gotta try something without lowering my bf% too much. As "hello" said, it's the last to go - very true indeed! Which means my face and body look anorectic imho.
Will give them i try and keep fighting as normal.
Might try these injection abs, look so realistic! o.0
