Comments on real life problems experienced caused by too much gainzz.
1. Doing HIT, legs are exploding. Problem is thighs now rub together and chaffing is becoming a major pain in the ass.
2. Scratching my own back? -forget it, not happening.
3. My shoulders, biceps, and chest look like a tortured POW from all the stretch marks.
Please add yours...................
-Cheers

No offense man, but if your program is done right. You should not lose flexibility, stamina or healthiness.
Having said that, being young and wanting to be the biggest mother trucker led me to do a lot of dumb things even when I knew better.“If you can't explain it to a second grader, you probably don't understand it yourself.” Albert Einstein

Some flexibility goes, if theres muscle mass in the way of the movement its not possible to keep flexibility in that movement.
Example: If your biceps grow you will have a harder time fixing your tie as it harder to reach your neck, even more with a shirt on.
My biggest problem is cant really sleep sideways now due to shoulder/pec/lats size.
Chaffing on legs is also annoying.

4. No so much a physical problem but I have spent (more like wasted) thousands of dollars over the years with trial and error BS supplements.

Wanting to fuck all the girls on the Internet and the ones around you. Including neighbours. And wife and daugthers friends and wifes mum and sister. Almost my half-sister too. Its fun and intense but deep inside you know this is not how it should be and you are on the wrong path.

I do an upper/ lower split once every 7 days. One warm up set, one moderate set, last heavy set to failure. I keep the exercises to one or two per body part. I have several routines that I rotate through periodically, hitting the same muscles in the same order but with different exercises. Every 4th week I will incorporate drop sets to the routine to go beyond failure. Cadence of exercise is 5/2/5. I maintain strict form, mind/muscle connection. My program is basically an incarnation of Mike Mentzer HIT video when he was training Markus Reinhardt.
