    When to do cardio

Ok, so I know everyone says it's best to do cardio in the morning but if I can't then when is a good time to do it. Because sometimes I can't do cardio until 3 pm. What do you guys think cause I'm trying to cut bodyfat?

    Thanks

    Whenever you can!

The key is to do it consistently. Preferably the data points to doing it after resistance training. Some studies show early morning is best some show later afternoon. But we aren't talking drastic differences. Just get in is the take home.

I agree that it's whenever you can but also goal dependent. I like to do my cardio right after training as my body is already in the day burning zone. Doing it this way I only need to do about 20-30 minutes Ed and don't have to put in the extra time. Fasted cardio in the morning works great for shedding fat as well

My only goal with cardio is to get a heart that can function and keep it running smoothly, so whenever I can would be totally sufficient.

Otherwise I'd say if bulking or wanting to avoid muscle loss (but you have to be damn big for this to apply) I'd say that as long as you manage to keep ATP/ADP ratio in your muscles high (high ATP I mean), which is simply a matter of nutrition and not doing so much cardio you're running on empty for long periods of time (I'm talking hours), I would just keep my cardio so that it wouldn't drain me from working out in the gym.

I'm seriously considering taking a crack at classic physique. Just not sure how
Competitive I will be with my lack of lower quad development.
