Good morning everyone! I have been so overwhelmed with life but it hasn't affected my training too much. Been working two jobs and going to the gym 4-6 days a week. Really focused on legs, glutes and shoulders since they're lacking the definition I want and I have been tracking macros. Down 7lbs at 22.8% bf (according to the reader at the gym) wanting to get down to 15-17% but I won't know until I get there lol Cass is still my major inspiration [emoji7] Was planning on starting my second cycle around now but I've had to spend a lot more money than I thought on getting my kiddo set up for school and on summer activities and what not. Anyways, I thought I'd update since I haven't checked this in awhile and I can't sleep and you all give me so much motivation to keep working towards my goals!
