    cycle starts in 2 weeks what do i do now?

    I'm starting my cycle in two weeks and am about to start going to the gym today.
    Can someone give me a good work out routine? Should I do upper body every other night while doing legs on the odd nights?
    M,W,F-Upper
    T,T,Sat-Lower body
    I need a good work out routine to fall into...

    bro you are just know starting to workout and your already going to start a cycle...what are your stats and your cycle you are planning...workout history etc..

    Was working out reguarly but I broke my arm back in January.

    Anyways 6'1 200lbs. I'm just dieting now got from 210 down to 200.

    Sustanon for 10weeks 500mg a week
    Winstrol for 6 weeks =1cc 5times a week

    I would take some time before starting the gym in order to strengthen tendons and joints before starting a cycle.

    take your time! go back to the gym for another 2-3 months till you're the same one as in january.
    if u start your cycle now, i think u'll waste part of it!!!

    That's what I plan to do. lol, I don't want to lift and have my arms come off doing a deadlift.

    What kinda workout regime do you guys recommend? I'd like to do 1 1/2-2hours a day. Maybe 4-5days a week?

    Keep your sessions to an hour or less.You'll deffenitely over train doing marathon sessions like that.Stress the muscle group your working that day,and get out of the gym and grow.

    Nahh it's cool man. But it's like this.
    June is right around the corner so it's now or never bro. I live in Boston we only get summer 3 months outa the year.

    I'm just asking about a workout schedule. Lets remove the AS from the whole equation. What do you guys recommend as a good work out schedule. I'm curious to see how much of a differnce amongst lifters there is.

    WHere do I mix in the abs?

    Well I broke my arm back in January and walked around for 2 weeks thinking it was just brusied. I checked into a hospital in Italy and was like **** it's broken! lol

    In Boston we got those winter months where we can bundle up and hide our bodies. So yeah 3 months a year is about right.
