Does it matter what day of the week you inject meaning is it cool to inject then take the next day off? Does this have any affect or does it matter. I take thursdays and sundays off.. and I want to juice wednesdays... is this ok?

yes it matters it keeps ur levels stable and btw ur injections also depend on the half life of the esters

I am just mixing the deca and sust in same needle but i wanted to make sure its totally legit to juice but take hte next day off? will this have negative affect?

if you are doing deca and sust i would do it every mon and thurs, that is what i would do

bro i guess this is ur 1st cycle, u should of read up more sust. contains prop which u know which halflife is like 27 hrs sust. is usally for more advanced users who can use it right and run it with eod injections if ur going to shoot up just once a week go ahedad just keep it on the same day

ya the thing is I am cautious of side affects im naturally 6'1'' 236 lbs at about 10%bf. So I dont want to get too mucg bigger. Just big enough to scare eveyone else on the rugby field.. i have friends who bodybuild for career and they recommend me deca /sust stack 1 shot a week of each. but i was just factoring it into my work outs. wanting to get started tonight, but i guess its on biggie. thanks for feedback.

bro if i was u i think u would be much happier with running 500 mgs of sust a week and 300 deca and i would just shoot the sust up every 3rd day and the deca once a week

Bro, thats fine... with sust and deca it's not gonna matter one bit. It takes weeks to build a relatively high, stable, level of gear in you're blood. By the time the deca and sust kick in, the relation of lifting days to work out days won't matter. You're blood level will be about the same all week.

And yeah, do the sust twice a week for a total of 500mg/wk. 1 shot on wed night and 1 sunday morning.
