and i got 1 bottle of tren 50ml 75 mg

im 185 9%bf 29 years old
good clean diet
4th cycle
looking to add a little mucsle
but solid first time taking tren
what would be the best way to take these

You will need a lot more prop

You can run something like this:
1 - 12 Prop 100mg ED
1 - 10 Tren 75mg ED
1 - 12 Nolva 10mg ED
1 - 12 L-dex .25mg ED
1 - 12 Vitamin B6 200mg ED

Start PCT 3 days after last Prop injection
Day 1 300mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex / 200mg B6
Day 2 - 30 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex / 200mg B6
Day 31 - 37 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex / 200mg B6
