Thread: Appeitite Loss?

You guys ever been eating line an animal for 2 1/2 weeks straight. Then,all of a sudden, change NOTHING in your diest or routine, and then just be not hungry? I was always hungry before and eating like crazy.... NOW i am having it seems that I am forcing myself to eat. Ever happen to anyone, or what is up?
Also cant cleep so Im bored and making myself eat.... yay more protein

Eating is hard work...you should never allow yourself to feel hungry anyway! I havent been hungry in over a decade. Eating is the hardest part if BBing.

change the foods you are eating, have a different food 'theme' every week to make things interesting.

try b-12, tha worked for me, ive always had a small appetite but b12 helps alot

i know its happend to me too. what i did was try to prepare chicken and tuna differently everytime, that helps.....
