Yungin needs Help
OK here the Situation.....
The Good:
1. I'm 140lbs 20 years old.
2. Been working out for 2 years.
3. 3 days on and 1 day off. Changing up the routine and busting my ass!
4. Proper form
5. I know Training is Key
6. I eat 6-8 meals a day Including creatine and protein shakes.
The Bad:
1. Can't gain
2. Faster than light metabolism
3. Working hard but small results
4. In Iraq so I sweat alot.
The Whatever:
1. If you say I dont get enouph calories. Im eating MRE's also im in the military. They have 3000+ per meal.
2. Training: Worked with 2 personal trainers and a olympic gold medalist who is in the army.
3. Im very cut and I look bigger cause I have just muscles but I need help.
4. Consistant with training and eating.
My peak has been 157 Im at 143 or so now. For me to maintain the level at 157 I have to eat 8 meals a day consistantly not more than 2 hopurs apart and throw in protein / creatine from time to time. Mostly after the workouts.
I'm not looking for a quick fix here. Steroids will maybe come later if at all.
Any info from some of you "pros" who are consistant with their workouts wouyld be nice. I've tried everything.
Is there something out there I can get or do to get bigger!!!!

Sounds like you are a hard gainer and by your history you may be ready for alittle assistance if that is what you are wanting to know. How much are you wanting to gain out of this as far as weight? You may be tad bit to young but will see what everyone else has to say.

Probably need to put this in "Workout Questions." I think you will get more of a response as far as exercise prescription goes. Obviously, AAS will help with the progress. But maybe lay out your workout program, exercises, reps, sets, volume and post that in the workout forum and let them take a look.

27 lbs is acheiveable...But you would not be able to keep all after a cycle.

i can go ahead and say with confidence that one of the problems might be because you do too much cardio.. i know what you mean about the mre's though. we use them when we go hiking long distances in the appalachians. the only downfall is that i cant shiit when i am eating those things.

If I did a test then just kept my routine with the eating and working out you think that would set me up with a base. And then go from there?

Juicing is an option.
And I do no cardio. Just run maybe 2 miles a week.

I don't want to hear any of this I can't gain $hit or I am a hard gainer..... all the means is you haven't focused enough on your diet and you have not played with your macros/kcals enough. Everyone can gain naturally.... I don't care how fast your metabolism is. You just need to re-evaluate. Do me a favor and post in the diet forum. I want to see what yoru diet is like

Yes I said I wasn't planning on doing them but thats what im here for you think I could achieve the goals given with a test.

Hey Mainguy, you can check out the "members cycle results" and that should give you an estimation on what to expect and keep from a similiar cycle as yours. It is highy individualized.

Roids are definitly the answer my freind, I also suffer from a faster than light motabolism and bust my ass in the gym and eat like a pig. Since roids I have lot of gains but because you are in the military you need to be aware of the drug testing procedure, if u live in the uk you will br kicked out

Sure ill post my diet. Gimme a few I eat alot.
And second im in Iraq and Im in 5th SF grp and im still finding time to eat this much and workout. So im pretty ****in focused thanks.

OK all the info is Great I'll post to the diet and workout forum. But, I think I'll also come up with a test and if you guys dont mind critiqing it for me. Once it has been laid out.

Look at your environment. I am not for sure you want to cycle while you are serving in Iraq. I don't think that is the place to be in order to maximize gains from a cycle. However, you may be in full-time, so it wouldn't matter on the timing.

Will do guys, im gonna visit the Diet forum. Only reason im in this one is cause Im thinking about it for the future. Maybe so getting my A's and B's covered. Checkin out the reactions of other folks. And I know Iraq isnt the place to do it. I got that! lol
