certain bf in order for var to be effective?

i have heard that you have to be at a relatively low body fat for var to be really effective? how low is that because i dont wanna waste a boatload of cash on something that would be less effective at my current bf. thanks!

around the 10% range give or take...... it will help with some fat loss but not enough if your bf is high.

It will increase your strength significantly, but I would not count on losing much fat from it without diet/cardio.

It depends on where you hold most of the bf......... but if a lot of it is in your stomach then don't count on it shedding that much........ You could try dieting through your cycle and if you think your bf is low enough to run it then add it.

diet and cardio in check. i guess i will get my body fat lower by taking clen as not to waste the full potential of the var.

About to start a clen cycle and just got off a ten week cycle of var...of course I've been doing hella dieting and cardio...but I can honestly say that I've never seen such a short term dramatic change in my stomach and waistline...went from 172 22% bfbodyfat to 158 18%bf...and I have to admit I didn't get my diet kicking til the tail end of the cycle...strength gains were great...of course no vascularization cause still a little too much insulation...may try another var cycle after the clen..but it is much cheaper for me considering smaller general dosage...sometimes question whether I should have started with the clen first but am very happy with the results I came out with...can almost bounce a quarter off my behind...almost...xxxSass

Var supresses appetite a bit and var increases your uptake of creatine to effect more muscle strength and hardness. There is no synergism between var and cardio if thats what you mean.

Doing a lot of cardio will just burb fat - thats all. If you burn fat then you will *see* results from var such as hardness and vascularity.

Even if you pig out and get fat using var - you will still get strength gains

Are the effects of var similar to creatine in any way? I would hope that its a lot better....

    Offcourse not!

It is always effective --> You just might be talking about actually
"seeing changes" and then I recommend you do not have a BF% higher then 25%, if so then you are always going to see some differences! (Low Bodyfat logically makes you see "drastic changes").

I don't believe you about the quarter. Either post a video clip or let me try.
